Stark Energy can lease or purchase your land for the purposes of a solar PV project. We typically offer a long-term 50-year lease, and you will start earning rent as soon as we enter into the lease.

We see harnessing the natural resource of the sun as a new way of farming a commodity in a sustainable way. However, retaining landscape character and traditional farming practices is our highest priority. Therefore, we only develop projects on land of low agricultural merit and facilitate our landlords to retain a connection with the land through the continuation of farming practices within and around the solar project wherever possible.
